Recycled Creatures
While in grad school, I started a series of recycled creatures, in which the characters engage in the activities they were created for. It involved a lot foraging for supplies (asking your neighbor for old meds will always get you a side-eye). This led to playing around with toilet paper rolls, plasticware, and even dryer lint. It’s always a fun thing to make creatures out of the stuff that surrounds us.
